As Junior ME VIP Manager, you will be responsible for the retention of VIP customers and the increase of their lifetime value.

✅ Requirements:

✔️Native/Fluent English Language is a must;

✔️Multitasking and time-managing;
✔️ Productivity and flexibility;

✔️2+ years’ experience in the Gambling business;

✔️1+ experience in portfolio managing;
✔️Comprehension of Casino, Sportsbook and Live Casino products.

✅ Main responsibilities:

✔️Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;

✔️ Be patient & have negotiation skills;

✔️ Able to analyse customers’ behavior and keep a personalized relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;

✔️ Comprehension of Casino, Sportsbook and Live Casino products;

✔️ Monitor customers’ performance & behavior in order to evaluate bonus crediting;

✔️Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
