READING/WRITING
- Strong Written/Verbal communication skills
- Good command in German and English
- Ability to articulate sometimes complex ideas and solutions confidently
- Impeccable attention to detail
Requirements
- At least 2 years customer service experience
- Experience providing multi-channel support preferred (phone, chat, email, web etc.)
- Customer success and lifecycle management preferred
- Subscription-based product support preferred
