Position Summary

As the Marketing & Media Associate, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our marketing objectives. You will interact with all stakeholders, including private and public sector officials, and work in conjunction with other functional areas to ensure the timely delivery of effective marketing collaterals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Help establish market positioning, define target demographics, and create comprehensive marketing plans across various channels and segments.
  • Support the implementation of marketing initiatives from conception to execution, fostering internal support and promoting collaboration.
  • Leverage customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to help build successful strategies.
  • Conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extract key insights, and propose future campaign and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, experiment with, and enhance lead-nurturing tactics.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, participate in events, and provide sales support.
  • Generate customer and market insights to refine outreach strategies, boost customer conversions, and procure more qualified leads.
  • Help evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives, optimize accordingly, and present ideas and final products to internal and external teams.

Education and Experience

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles.
