LMW is currently recruiting Customer Care Representatives who will provide, via inbound calls & emails, information, technical and network problem solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Receive inquiries through inbound calls, e-mails and chatting and provide product support
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Ensure great customer satisfaction with minimum customer inconvenience
- Input data to the information management system
Requirements
- Fluent speaker in one of the following languages: Italian / German / French / Spanish / Portuguese / Dutch / Catalan / Croatian / Romanian / Slovakian / Slovenian / Lithuanian / Estonian / Danish / Norwegian / Finnish / Flemish / Swedish / Czech / Hungarian / Polish / Icelandic / Latvian
- Great PC skills
- Excellent communication skills and friendly personality
- EU work permit preferred
