Sales Support Engineer

IPD Group Australia is a leading distributor of electrical products offering solutions & services to its local market for the past 60 years.

We are currently looking for a smart and innovative Sales Support Engineer to support our broad product portfolio within our well-established business. Applicants must have a background in HVAC industry and should have an expert level of knowledge in variable frequency drives, motor protection and motor control with a sound understanding of power quality principles related to harmonics and power factors. Having the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and experience in tender estimation work is an added advantage. He/she will have an excellent work ethic, written and verbal communications skills and will be able to assimilate quickly into our dynamic, sales-focused, and results-driven team.

Key responsibilities:
