Workforce Planning Program Analyst

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Workforce Planning Program Analyst to join our team.

On this position you will be responsible for the development of workforce plans by incorporating business strategies, financial goals, and human capital requirements. Partnering with business management to understand business needs, developing and recommending optimal workforce plans, and developing the processes for implementing plans across all company business groups and global functions. Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of financial and workforce data, external factors and trends in workforce strategy. Developing standardized business and human capital analytics and the processes to meet deliverables, establishes data management practices, and monitors the implementation progress of workforce plans throughout the organization.

  • Contributing to the process of developing workforce plans that align with the needs of a business or function.
  • Performing data collection and moderately complex analyses of workforce metrics under limited guidance.
  • Applying developed knowledge of statistical/financial models to evaluate workforce metrics and develop recommendations.
  • Monitoring business progress against the execution of workforce plans and ensures plans are aligned with corporate principles.
  • Participating in the design of solutions and communicates to senior HR management and business leaders.
  • Partnering with HR leaders on enterprise-wide projects that support the effectiveness of workforce planning.
  • Collaborating with business leaders and HR to develop forecasts for use in workforce plans.

About You:

  • First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 3-6 years experience in finance and/or business administration, or human resources.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Good program management, process development, leadership, influencing, and consulting skills.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including developed expertise in data analysis and basic interpretation.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • MS Office
