Vacation Rental Specialist

Extenteam Inc. is seeking a dynamic and passionate Remote Vacation Rental Specialist to enhance our vacation rental services. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and managing reservations effectively in our fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for guests, offering prompt and friendly customer service.
• Handle guest communications via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and issues with professionalism.
• Assist guests with booking processes, changes, and cancellations while providing insights on property amenities.
• Monitor guest reviews and feedback, implementing improvements based on guest suggestions.
• Support backend operations including data entry, record keeping, and coordination with maintenance teams.
• Process guest payments and manage daily reservation reports efficiently.

As part of our team, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Must be in Mexico.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of vacation rental platforms, such as VRBO and Airbnb.
• Proficient in computer software with a willingness to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in vacation rental management.
• Familiarity with property management software.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Internet speed minimum 30mbps
- i5 8th Gen or higher
- Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
