The primary responsibility of the Account Executive will be to establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers at client properties within your assigned market. This dynamic position requires a proactive, results-driven individual who excels in communication and relationship-building. Through regular communication and in-person meetings, the Account Executive will actively promote the Company's services, aiming to secure contracts for restoration, construction, and roofing projects when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with decision makers and influencers at client properties within the assigned market.
  • Regular Communication: Contact decision makers and influencers bi-weekly through various means, including email, phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels.
  • In-Person Meetings: Conduct monthly visits to client locations, scheduling face-to-face meetings, lunches, dinners, and attending sponsor events to build rapport and trust.
  • Promotion of Company Services: Effectively communicate Company's full range of services, emphasizing our capabilities in disaster recovery, reconstruction, cap-ex construction, and roofing.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Identify the specific needs and requirements of each client property, tailoring the Company's services to meet their unique demands.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to create customized proposals for potential projects.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in line with Company's standards.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and suggestions for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
  • Knowledge of the construction or restoration industry is a plus.

$45,000 - $60,000 a year

Compensation includes salary, commission opportunities, and company vehicle
