Robbins Recruiting has partnering with the Number 1 franchisor in their industry, as voted by Forbes in 2024. The Company is seeking an energetic franchise sales professional to recruit the best franchisees in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities:

Implement the culture within the department.

Manage Lead Qualifier process.

Execute flawless presentations as a brand ambassador to prospective candidates.

Present excellent candidates to the Leadership Review Board for approval.

Educate potential franchisees on the opportunity.

Execute accurate and up to date applications, DISC analysis, financial background etc. and provide in a timely manner, to the Leadership Review Board.

Provide meaningful guidance to prospects through awarding territories.

Develop, maintain and grow a deep pipeline of potential successful candidates leveraging inbound, outbound, and event leads.

Follow the sale process (first call, presentation, application, FDD, Leadership Review Board etc.) to ensure a legally approved process.

Innovate and brainstorm strategies, tools, processes, etc.

Report all sales activity/productivity in CRM for tracking & reporting purposes.

Develop and maintain processes and great relationships with franchise brokers and create opportunities.

Listen to team calls and provide feedback for better conversion ratio.

Weekly/bi-weekly meeting with sales team to review performance and discuss objections, how to overcome, etc.

Create pipeline and leads as needed.

Weekly presentations with new prospects.

Develop best practices, codify and share with the New Franchise Sales team.

Provide Marketing team feedback on lead quality/quantity/sources.

Work with Sales team to improve Sales Cycle Time to Close (Funding, etc.).

Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation (quality/quantity).

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to determine event strategy and attend virtual and/or in-person industry events/shows as needed.

Provide strategic and tactical direction to the sales team for all efforts.

Analyze sales insights and improve processes/strategies as needed.

Constant evaluation of sales processes and modifications as needed to ensure best practices and performance.

Constant evaluation of new sources for leads.

Evaluate and source funding sources for potential franchisees.

Create accurate monthly reporting for sales department performance.

Follow the department's budget and propose modifications as needed.

Monthly performance review meeting with each sales team member.

To actively train, manage and motivate the sales department team members.
