Senior Accountant

Robbins Recruiting Solutions, LLC is partnering with a leader in the textiles industry who focuses on making the world a better place by continuing their legacy of keeping textiles out of landfills. The Company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the VP of Finance in day to day accounting and finance duties, as well as help with upcoming special projects.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile bank accounts and book cash entries across multiple companies (must have familiarity with sweep accounts)

Prepare account reconciliations

Maintain fixed assets for all entities - familiarity with Quickbooks Fixed Asset Module a plus

Prepare accruals and other monthly account entries: Accounts Payable, Volume rebates, Prepaid expenses, Inventory entries

Review and book credit card expenses

Upcoming Special Projects:

Chart of Accounts Overhaul

2023 Audit (To be completed June 30)

Implementation of Inventory Management System

Documentation of Processes

Implementations of Internal Controls processes and procedures

Desired Experience:

Quickbooks Online Experience a Plus

Intercompany Accounting

Sweep Accounts

Audit Preparation

Manufacturing Industry or experience with inventory and COGS accounting

Financial Reporting/Bank Reporting
