Marketing Associate

Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is now looking for a Marketing Associate who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented. He/she will initiate and execute marketing activations via different channels based on the given objective and focuses of the Brand. Day to day duties include but are not limited to tracking campaign performance & sales, project management and communications, support on influencer gifting, report on results, suggest improvements and/or growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager/Assistant Marketing Manager in all matters regarding marketing
• Create and translate marketing contents tailored for the markets
• Perform Influencer research and pitching
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and events
• Execute paid influencers campaign
• Liaise with in-house and external departments to meet marketing deliverables
• Conduct social and influencers reports and assist various market research plus data analysis
• Handle ad-hoc reports and assigned projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication, Translation discipline or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce or consumer products preferred
• Experience in managing social media and influencers marketing is a plus
• Proven track record of successfully driving business growth in the Taiwan market.
• Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and be part of a growing team
• Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Date-driven, logical, systematic and organized
• High agility in adapting to fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English & Chinese, excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills
