Job Roles:

  • Achieves assigned sales targets.

  • Builds customer databases of accounts in the public segment focused on different stakeholders in major Public Hospitals, Department of Health, and Local Government Units

  • Consistently visits above-mentioned stakeholders and develops KOLs, endorsers and prescribers and builds productive business relationships.

  • Acts as the main point-of-contact for the Department of Health, working closely with the institution to include our solutions in their current requirements and take opportunities to co-create future policies in the diagnostics field.

  • Works with Local Government Units and Sub-Dealers and drives new account inclusions and expansion of additional tests by securing end customer recommendations and increased usage by delivering key messages highlighting our competitive advantages and executing various promotional activities.

  • Manages the complete process of public hospital bidding requirements.

  • Works with different stakeholders to lock in specifications for Getz diagnostic solutions for tender requirements.

  • Collaborates with Regulatory Affairs to fastrack application and approval of solutions requiring government evaluation and certifications.

  • Performs market insights gathering activities (surveys and competitor activities) and reports market needs for potential internal business expansion opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Consistent collaboration with the Business Partners, SAS and technical team and align activities related to new accounts inclusion, existing account expansion jointly working with the laboratories.

  • Timely and accurate submission of standard reports.

  • Conducts business reviews and contributes to sales forecasting and planning.

  • Advocate the Getz Healthcare Code of Conduct and Core Values.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with preferred background in Medical Technology, Business, or related field; or the equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in the IVD segment. Has managed key public accounts (reference sites, i.e., RITM, DOH) in the diagnostics/laboratory or pharmaceutical industry. Has worked with LGUs and sub-dealers with knowledge on public tenders.
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills, sales forecasting, excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
