1. Tasks and responsibilities

  • Support account director to build and maintain strong, long-term customers relationship with operators & retailers& partners.
  • Mainly responsible for product coverages, sell in sell through and sell out target KPI.
  • Mainly responsible for Huawei products’ visibility and accessory wall setup.
  • Responsible for sales forecast, customer visit and business development plan.
  • Achieve account sales KPI, such as sales target/ revenue/ profit/ DOS management etc.
  • Arranging meetings & workshop with customers, such as roadmap presentation, Yearly and quarterly incentive plans, campaign plan, offer etc.
  • Deliver monthly sales activity reports and sales forecasts.
  • Handling both Operators and Open market channels.
  • Locally and Nordic work.

What you’ll need to succeed

Most likely, you have experience and a track record of successful complex relationship building and value-creating sales from the consumer electronic industry niche, but maybe you work in another industry/niche with transferable skills and are eager to learn the specifics.

2. Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, fluency in both English and Norwegian.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, anticipating their requirements, and being able to provide customized solutions.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in key account management and sales role in the consumer business or related and relevant field with knowledge of consumer electronic products, or other sales related.
  • Used to work in a high tempo with passion and ownership towards a fast-moving company.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across the Nordic region (driving license is a must).
