Vehicle Service information at Scania provides tools, information and IT support for Scania's workshop network globally. They include what workshops need to carry out repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, rebuilds, software updates, promotions and spare parts sales.

About this mission

Scania introduces a new cloud/web-based service market tool "Scania Workshop Suite" (SWS) which will replace current products (Diagnostic tool SDP3 and Scania Multi).

We are at a stage where we are continuously developing and releasing new features in the application, while gradually rolling it out to new markets around the world. We are looking for a resource to be part of an Infant Care team. The team must act as a first port of call for reported problems and help us quickly understand and remedy deviations. We need someone who can initiate an initial troubleshooting, understand in which direction the error points and coordinate the resources needed to fix it.

The rollout is about getting the IT infrastructure, hardware and software in place, and here someone is needed who has the ability to communicate and support the workshops and their local IT with systematic troubleshooting to call in the cause of reported problems and be involved in the solution. When the installation is in place and the workshops connect to our vehicles, we come to the next step in the chain, here you need to be able to familiarize yourself with how the interaction with the vehicle's electrical system works.
