Responsibilities

• Assist Czech-speaking customers or clients with their inquiries and provide accurate information
• Handle and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers or clients
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer service and resolve complex issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English
• Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
• Ability to work well in a team and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation package
