As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving business processes, as well as developing highly detailed requirements and being the primary liaison between the business and technology teams. The role will include responsibilities such as analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Attend standups with dev teams and manage day to day technical issues and topics.
- Develop requirements for projects on the roadmap and upcoming projects.
- Technical Proficiency β Understanding and ability to master the technical side of the product we manage β Use this knowledge to build out historical documentation for current products
- Help other property products in any development efforts they may need
- Work with A-PLUS team to develop reporting metrics
Requirements
- Strong professional experience as a business analyst/associate or project manager.
- Previous experience developing and managing development roadmaps.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to bridge gap between business units and technology teams.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
