In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the flawless operation of our entire frontend infrastructure in an outsourced environment. This includes critical technologies like Intune and SCCM. As a key member of our IT team, you'll act as the primary liaison between STARK GROUP IT and our external partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Frontend Infrastructure Operations Lead, the role involves overseeing frontend infrastructure operations and collaborating with external partners for optimal results. Responsibilities include managing components like Intune and SCCM, ensuring the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of frontend systems and applications, and maintaining the stability, security, and scalability of services.

The position acts as the primary contact for external infrastructure and security vendors, managing these relationships and ensuring adherence to SLAs. It involves identifying and resolving infrastructure incidents and problems, planning and implementing changes and releases with minimal disruption, and monitoring infrastructure capacity and performance trends.

Additionally, the role requires enforcing security policies and compliance requirements, and developing disaster recovery plans in coordination with partners to ensure timely recovery in case of disruptions.

What You Bring:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven experience in managing components like Intune and SCCM. They need a strong grasp of ITIL frameworks for incident, problem, change, and release management.

Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus. The role demands strong troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure issues and effective collaboration with external partners. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential for fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, the Lead must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle infrastructure challenges efficiently, ensuring effective frontend infrastructure operations

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working in an outsourced IT environment.

  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
