Customer Service Agent

We are looking for Spanish and English speaking Customer Service Agents to join our team in Matosinhos.

Your duties:

• Inbound customer service by phone and/or e-mail.
• Documentation of customer concerns
• Providing price and product information
• Processing customer complaints and troubleshooting
• Maintain customer satisfaction & loyalty

Your skills:

• Good communication skills in Spanish and English (fluent)
• Good written skills
• Soft skills & politeness
• Familiarity with computers and MS Office
• Work experience in Customer Service will be considered as advantage
