Russia & CIS Trade Accounts Sr. Director

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Russia & CIS Trade Accounts Department activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the Department’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring establishment of Trade Accounts Management plan in line with the set plan and budget and ensure the achievement of set targets within the region

Leading development of detailed partnership plans to include roles and responsibilities, financial and non-financial investment, return on investment, targets, reporting measures, reporting frequency, etc.

Developing a closing report template that allows for consolidation and comparison with other regions to determine effectiveness

Continuously evaluating and monitoring ways to optimise operations to advance the regional strategy for greater ROI and ease of doing business

Overseeing execution of projects for the delivery of the regional business plan

Developing a partnership requirement matrix that enables and supports the business plan

Identifying potential partners and synergies in the region and, depending on size, whether the partnership will be managed at regional or country level

Proposing, managing and designing trade incentive programmes

Establishing and managing relationships with key tourism industry players and experience providers to enable the achievement of tourism targets

Performing other activities as and when required

You will need:

Recommended not less than 12 years of experience in relevant field

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent is preferred

A master's degree in marketing or equivalent is preferred

تأكيد إنشاء خطة إدارة حسابات التجارة وفقًا للخطة والميزانية المحددة وضمان تحقيق الأهداف المحددة في الإقليم.قيادة وضع خطط شراكة مفصلة تشمل الأدوار والمسؤوليات والاستثمار المالي وغير المالي وعائد الاستثمار والأهداف ومقاييس التقارير وتكرار التقارير، وما إلى ذلك

تطوير قالب تقرير إغلاق يسمح بالتجميع والمقارنة مع المناطق الأخرى لتحديد الفعالية.تقييم ومراقبة مستمرة لسبل تحسين العمليات لتعزيز الاستراتيجية الإقليمية لتحقيق عائد استثمار أعلى وتسهيل عملية الأعمال

الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع لتنفيذ خطة الأعمال الإقليمية

تطوير مصفوفة متطلبات الشراكة التي تمكّن وتدعم خطة الأعمال

تحديد الشركاء المحتملين والتآزرات في الإقليم وتحديد ما إذا كان سيتم إدارة الشراكة على المستوى الإقليمي أو المستوى الوطني اعتمادًا على الحجم.اقتراح وإدارة وتصميم برامج حوافز التجارة

إقامة وإدارة علاقات مع اللاعبين الرئيسيين في صناعة السياحة ومقدمي الخدمات لتمكين تحقيق أهداف السياحة

أداء أنشطة أخرى حسب الحاجة.

متطلبات الوظيفة

خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في المجال ذي الصلة

يفضل أن يكون حاصلًا على درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو ما يعادلها

يفضل أن يكون حاصلًا على درجة الماجستير في التسويق أو ما يعادلها
