Iteration Manager

• Apply Scrum and Agile principles to enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate and negotiate with technical and business stakeholders to achieve optimal delivery in terms of cost, speed-to-market, and business outcomes.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum theory.
• Overcome impediments and guide teams in effective Scrum practices.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team, Delivery Lead and stakeholders to identify and eliminate obstacles.
• Manage project initiation, analysis, planning, control, variation, measurement, reporting, and closure.
• Create foundations and platforms for BA / Business Owner collaboration, enabling delivery team estimations based on robust User Story capture/requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as an Iteration Manager/Scrum Master in a start-up/ scale up - fast moving environment with the ability to wear different hats and manage conflicting priorities.
• A strong background in Business Analysis
• Exposure to multiple methodologies such as Lean/Kanban, Prince 2
• Understanding of Agile principles & methodologies and experience in Scrum practices.
