Case Management Team Lead

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Processing Initial or Pre Autorization via Phone or via Email
• Communicating to insurance providers for authorization determination
• Processing verification of members benefits
• Review Members clinical records
• Managing and conduct coaching for skill development to agents

Requirements

• At least 2 years BPO experience in a Healthcare Account
• At least 1 year Team Lead / Supervisory experience
• Medical Allied / PHRN graduate is a PLUS
• Good working knowledge with Pre-Certifications, Authorizations, Appeals
• Knowledgeable in US Insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, and related items
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in MAKATI
• Amenable working night shifts
