Job Summary

The Retirement Plans team is growing! We are seeking a National Sales Director, Pooled Employer Plans (PEP), who will be responsible for developing and leading strategies and tactics across the Retirement Plans organization, with the goal of increasing assets and adopting employers into our PEPs. This role will also focus on managing and expanding our Private Label PEP relationships in partnership with our Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). The role will report to the Head of Business Development.
