As a German Speaking Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting qualified candidates with job opportunities in the consumer services industry.

As a German Speaking Recruiter, you will utilize your language skills and understanding of the German job market to source and screen potential candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, then develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with candidates, assisting them throughout the job search process, from application to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and match with job requirements
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the job search process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and verify employment history
• Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process

Requirements

• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to think strategically
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
