As a Danish Speaking Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and selecting exceptional candidates for our prestigious clients in the consumer services industry.

As a Danish Speaking Recruiter at Patrique Mercier Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work with candidates in their native language, helping them navigate the process of finding their ideal job in other countries. You will use your expertise in the Danish language to assess candidates' skills and qualifications, ensuring an exceptional match for both employers and job seekers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' language proficiency, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate profiles and track their progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the job specifications and qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in coordinating and facilitating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously improving your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Danish job market trends and understanding of cultural differences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in handling candidate and client information.
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
