Responsibilities

• Conduct Finnish language interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and qualifications.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify job requirements and develop job postings in Finnish.
• Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract qualified Finnish-speaking candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
• Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
• Assist in negotiating offers and contracts with successful candidates.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interview and assess candidates.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the consumer services industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
