As a Czech Speaking Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting the best Czech-speaking candidates for positions across various industries, including social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications. Your role will involve conducting interviews, building relationships with both candidates and employers, and ensuring a successful match between the two parties.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and employers
• Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
• Knowledge of the consumer services industry and its specific requirements
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of recruitment activities
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
