Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Dutch Speaking Recruiter to join our team. As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter, you will play a key role in building relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and facilitating successful placements. You will work remotely, providing recruitment services to clients across different countries, and utilizing your language skills to connect with Dutch-speaking candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and requirements
• Conduct candidate searches and screenings to identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Coordinate interviews and provide guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the team to develop recruitment strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide insight and expertise to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all recruitment activities

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining productivity and meeting targets
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
