The Senior Pricing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share. This role involves complex data analysis, competitive pricing analysis, and collaboration with various departments to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that support business objectives, maximize profitability, and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of pricing data, market trends, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for price optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of pricing strategies, making adjustments as necessary to achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with product and market strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on pricing performance, including recommendations for pricing adjustments based on data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain complex pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions.
  • Ensure pricing strategies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of industry trends and customer preferences.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in pricing analysis or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in pricing software, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAS), and ERP systems. Familiarity with statistical analysis and financial modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $150-000 - $190,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
