• Maintains a governance structure for the program, driving adoption and monitoring compliance
• Maintains the program processes, templates and tools to assure consistent quality
• Oversees business management of suppliers, including attending key supplier meetings (e.g. QBRs) and handling escalations
• Manages & performs data analytics on assigned vendor assessments, including interfacing with suppliers, gathering data responses/questionnaires, and ensures diligent follow up with third-party and business areas/functional teams for missing information or response.
• Monitor and tracks identified issues and risks presented by third-party relationships through resolution, working in collaboration with Category Management, business units and functional risk domain subject matter experts to identify gaps in controls and recommend corrective action.
• Monitors relevant supply chain metrics and reporting to provide data visibility and support business needs, identifies areas of risk and recommends solution options.
