As CRM Manager (all genders) with a tech focus, you are responsible for controlling and measuring the success of CRM measures along with the technical development of our current set-up. You will join our passionate CRM department of 9 colleagues.

Your role

• You are responsible for the technical CRM set-up of new platforms as well as for new communication channels, such as In-App push notifications
• Also, you identify bugs and develop problem descriptions and solutions in cooperation with other teams, such as Data & Analytics, Engineering and Product, to ensure continuous data flow
