VP of Office Print Solutions, Value Business

Description -

Reporting to the Division President of Office Print Solutions (OPS), the VP of Value Business will drive the end-to-end Print Contractual Business for OPS.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate profitability of the Print Contractual business for OPS, growing revenue share by innovating with a winning portfolio of Devices, Software and Services to enable secure, efficient and effective Solutions for Document Workflow. Accountable E2E for the Print Contractual business, from Strategy to execution in Markets
  • Partner with the Workforce Solutions organization to create a winning portfolio of Software and Services, with the associated Professional Services capabilities
  • Partner with the Workforce Solutions organization to support the execution of d/pMPS plans.
  • Partner with the Commercial Organization to redesign GTM and channel programs specialized for the Print Contractual market
  • Define Long Term Plan (LTP) / Business Plan and P&L target across GTM (p/d/cMPS)​
  • Build a detailed growth plan by market
  • Works with key channel partners to build business plans to fuel growth​
  • Integrate and drive the channel experience across the E2E solution of components delivered tools and channel program conditions
  • Drive interlock processes with the Center of Excellence (CoE), including workforce planning, LTP, and budgeting
  • Check-in and drive actions based on feedback from GTM, Category and key channel stakeholders​
  • Define new Contractual Channel VP offering and the required capabilities for delivery & selling (GTM)​
  • Transform the HP GTM approach capabilities (value/specialist approach)​

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years relevant business leadership experience
  • Proven experience in P&L management on top/bottom line​
  • Experience designing growth strategies and system pricing strategies and deals
  • Bring channel experience perspective on the overall solution (SW, HW, Services, Systems, Channel Program) and secure delivery capabilities and GTM capabilities
  • Proven experience creating and executing plans for a large, diverse organization, including driving transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a strong team, motivate direct and indirect reports, as well as peers, and create and sustain an environment of teamwork while driving change and delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience setting strategic goals and metrics to deliver outcomes.
  • Track record addressing issues and building an organizational culture that works for all stakeholders, ensuring everyone works together to deliver on objectives.
  • Ability to foster trusted relationships with leaders and subject matter experts, previous experience consulting and advising senior leadership team.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and innovative thinking with a collaborative working style, across all levels and areas of responsibility.
  • Undergraduate/bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
