As part of Outpayce, a Financial Crime Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities, money laundering, and other financial crimes. This position entails communication with other stakeholders and participation in projects to enhance the processes.

In this role you’ll;

• Review and validate customer information during the onboarding process.
• Conduct due diligence checks to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
• Investigate alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems (Sanctions, PEPs, AML, Fraud)
• Identify suspicious patterns, anomalies, or potential financial crimes
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to relevant authorities
• Conduct quality control reviews to verify accuracy and completeness of work
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in business customers onboarding, AML, card fraud investigationand and SAR reporting
• Influences decisions related to own activity
• Works independently within plan set out by manager
