ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a Greek company specializes in producing high-quality baby care products, with a focus on natural ingredients and sustainable practices, is in search of a Key Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and developing strategic partnerships with strategic clients throughout Greece. This role requires a proactive approach in understanding market needs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless execution of agreements to drive company growth.

More specifically:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs and market trends.
  • Identify, approach, and establish new cooperation with major supermarkets across Greece.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within supermarket chains.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with supermarkets to secure mutually beneficial deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. logistics, finance) to ensure the successful execution of agreements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, competitor activities, and partnership performance to senior management.
  • Ensure all activities comply with the company's policies and legal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a key account management, sales, or business development preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG products or baby products or personal hygiene products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
