Learning Specialist

Position Overview :

As the Learning Specialist, Payments you will design, develop and deliver impactful learning experiences for new and existing Zelis associates with our Payments business unit. This individual will collaborate on associate training activities including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and revision of department training programs to address learning needs. May guide, consult with others on process or tasks as a thought leader with our Learning team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team and business stakeholders to facilitate learning related to our technology and total suite of service solutions.
• Collaborate with team and business stakeholders to develop and maintain a globally accessible catalog of training materials such as handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops.
• Collaborate with team and business stakeholders to develop and deliver specialized training sessions focused on system enhancements, workflow changes, new products or product changes, and policy/procedure changes.
