Job Description
● Opportunity to work on industry-leading UPI payment products: Lite, Autopay & others
● Responsible for the management of end-to-end business reporting and any ad hoc reporting as maybe required from time to time.
● Regularly analyze operational & product data funnels. Come up with insights to bring about improvement in success rates & processes.
● Drive collaboration across cross-pod stakeholders from product, engineering, legal, growth, compliance & business finance to bring new products and features to market
● Interface with banks, financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
● Perform in-depth competitive analysis & market research (primary & secondary) to put together market views on new payment products
● Develop in-depth domain knowledge of payments technical systems, API integrations and ecosystem-wide developments. Able to address queries, data requirements and escalations from different stakeholders.
● Track key metrics and funnels to identify areas of improvement in products
● Execute all operating plans independently
