Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking users
• Assist customers with inquiries related to streaming services and subscription management

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers efficiently
• Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Passion for streaming services and entertainment
