As a Sales Cadet at TRENDS, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in managing client accounts effectively. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for technology, strong interpersonal skills, and the desire to build a successful career in account management within the IT industry. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will learn to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

The training will run for at least two (2) weeks from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Mondays to Fridays. An allowance shall be provided to the trainees (Php460 per day). During the program, the trainees will be equipped with knowledge about the following:

  • Learn about IT Concepts and Terminologies to effectively communicate with clients and understand their technological needs.
  • Acquire sales techniques and strategies to effectively engage clients, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Engage in a structured training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and sales processes.
  • Learn about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position company offerings.

The Trainer will measure each trainee based on his/her performance, assessments, attendance, and behavior. On the last day of training, the trainees will undergo a revalidation process which will be the deciding factor if a candidate will be hired as an employee of Trends Group Inc.

As a trainee, you are expected to:

  • Demonstrate integrity and honesty.

  • Attend and participate in class discussions prepared and on time.

  • Communicate carefully and respectfully with the trainer and other trainees.

  • Act in a civil manner that respects the company and complies with policies.

  • Utilize resources and seek help when needed.

  • Respect diverse ideas and opinions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, account management, or IT is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
  • Must have a laptop/desktop with a webcam and installed MS Office Applications (MS Office and MS Teams)
  • Have a working headset or earphones
  • Have at least 5 mbps internet connection
  • Must be amenable to work on extended hours when hired
  • Must be amenable to travel within and outside Metro Manila when hired
