POD Reviewer

As a POD Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Driver Support Representatives and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of proof of delivery documentation. Your primary responsibility will be to review and audit photos submitted by drivers as proof of deliveries. You will work closely with our driver support team to identify discrepancies and provide valuable feedback to improve our delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photo Review: Audit and review photos submitted by drivers as proof of deliveries to ensure they meet company standards and requirements.
• Data Accuracy: Verify that the photos accurately represent the delivered items and match the corresponding delivery documentation.
• Quality Control: Identify and report any discrepancies, errors, or issues in the proof of delivery documentation promptly.
• Communication: Collaborate with Driver Support Representatives to provide feedback and assist in resolving any delivery-related concerns or disputes.
