Payroll & HR Admin Associate

We’re looking for a Payroll & HR Admin Associate to join our Account Operations team, to go above and beyond in every interaction, consistently exceeding service level requirements and creating an environment where exceptional managed talent experiences are the norm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Achieve salary disbursement timeliness and accuracy
• Achieve payroll compliance
• Achieve HR compliance
• Achieve HRMS management
• Achieve defined issue resolution times in HubSpot ticketing

Who We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, or related field

• Able to handle multiple tasks systematically and efficiently

• Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks

• Knowledgeable in labor laws and compliance

• Proficient in written and verbal English communication

• Skilled in calculating payroll-related items accurately

• Proficient in HRMS and payroll software

• Strong ability to identify and resolve issues effectively

• Skilled in managing relationships with key stakeholders
