German Speaking Consultant for Online Security Software

As a German Speaking Consultant for Online Security Software, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing technical support, and delivering comprehensive guidance on the company's security solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers
• Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance via phone, email, and chat
• Guide customers through the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of online security software
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Effectively communicate important product information and updates to customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in the CRM system
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new online security threats

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in customer support or technical support roles is preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of online security software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Good organizational and time management skills
